NEW YORK (WBNG) — Governor Andrew Cuomo stated New York has seen the 37th straight day of positive COVID-19 test result rates below one percent yesterday. The Governor also said there were 6 COVID related deaths in the state yesterday. In a statement on New York’s progress with the coronavirus, the Governor said 0.99 percent of yesterday’s test results in the state were reported as positive. 
“Our numbers continue to reflect the work of New Yorkers, who ultimately flattened the curve,” Cuomo said.
